About the Role

• Provide high-quality general practice care during weekdays (with weekend expansion coming soon).
• Manage diverse medical and surgical cases with the support of Emergency and Specialty teams.
• Collaborate across departments (Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine).
• Be part of a progressive environment that encourages learning, mentorship, and teamwork.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base plus production model reflecting experience and skills
  
  GP vets: Base around $150K + ~20% production
  
  ER vets: Average annual income around $250K - $400K+, depending on experience, schedule, surgeries, and diagnostic skills
  
  All compensation negotiable and above national averages

Ideal Candidate

• DVM or equivalent, with (or eligible for) Alaska veterinary licensure
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Competent in general medicine and surgery
