Hygiene Supervisor

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join our team at Freelan Contract. As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Train and supervise a team of hygiene staff, including cleaners and janitors

- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and up to company standards

- Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks

- Respond to and resolve any hygiene-related issues or complaints

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies

- Maintain accurate records and reports on cleaning activities and expenses

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to hygiene staff

- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hygiene department

- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hygiene or janitorial setting

- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures and regulations

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
