Freelan, a leading company in Dubai, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Freshers to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and development within the company.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a recent graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and company goals are met

- Continuously learn about the company's products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Must be able to work full-time and have a valid work permit in Dubai
