IT Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing technology solutions in a fast-paced environment. As the IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department, including strategy development, project management, budgeting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and processes

- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential

- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for their implementation

- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, data, and networks

- Lead and manage IT projects, from planning and implementation to evaluation and maintenance

- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure

- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies

- Experience in budget management and cost control

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
