Laboratory GM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory General Manager to oversee our laboratory operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the laboratory, including personnel, equipment, and processes, to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all laboratory operations, including testing, analysis, and reporting

- Manage a team of laboratory technicians and scientists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA guidelines

- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results

- Monitor and manage laboratory budgets and expenses

- Collaborate with other departments and clients to develop and implement new testing protocols

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, and incorporate them into laboratory operations

- Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all laboratory staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, or medical technology

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management

- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis techniques

- Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory software
