Mine Underground - Surveyor, GBC QAQC Survey C#1

Supervise and ensure project assign in order to ensure all client survey request from Highland and Underground Pre-Construction Infrastructure safely proceeds and delivery on time with acceptable design standard by effective man power utilization.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

1. Enforce Company's safety and environmental policies to subordinates to ensure survey/mapping activities are conducted in safety and environmentally manner. Perform and implement work plan to subordinate in order to ensure work assignments are based on correct priority, comply with engineering standard and proceed in effective way.
2. Supervise and ensure all daily work and projects assigned aspects to ensure availability and utilization of proper methods, man power, equipment and systems to provide services at Highland and Underground area as required.
3. Ensure the section's product and provide accurate and updated data or information on all handled project to support superior report to higher level consumption or project owner, consist of daily, weekly and monthly progress to ensure potential constraints are identified and find solution as quick as possible.
4. Ensure routine and special report such as survey monitoring and infrastructure project report are accurate for decision-making and external information.
5. Communicate with other relevant to ensure all work preparation to support the request can be done on time.
6. Communicate company's safety and environmental policies in his crew to ensure survey activities are conducted in safe and timely manner.
7. Closely interact with clients to known their requirements and smooth the activity and or project completion, including enhance the customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor, review, and develop subordinate's performance and assist them during their activities to minimize possibilities of rework and to ensure compliance with time and quality standards required by the client and company.

Minimum Education & Experience

S1 degree in Geodesy Engineering with 1years experience in mining project industry, OR as SURVEYOR with more than 5 years preferably handle mining & construction.
