Basic Function:
Develops competency-based learning and assessment tools for Safety related classes to a culturally diverse range of learners in on job and off job situations as well as facilitates learning and assessment activities.
Job Responsibility:
- Follow and apply MSD Training and Development policies and procedures.
- Develop competency-based learning materials so that learning programs delivered achieve their intended learning outcomes.
- Develop competency-based assessment tools to ensure all participants assessed are competent.
- Identify GOI regulations related to competency-based training.
- Manage competency-based learning projects to meet the quality, time, and cost targets.
- Ensure all training programs are consistently implemented and meet all requirement and high standard.
- Effectively coaching colleague Instructors to reach the required level of competence and professionalism, to competently do their respective jobs.
- Consistently delivery learning and assessment activities to achieve the specific learning outcomes for job competencies.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) with at least 2 years directly related professional work experience.
- Experienced in training and assessment material development.
- Preferably with Certified Training of Trainer Instruktur KKNI Level 4 BNSP.
- Familiar with Competency Standard such as SKKNI and SKKK.
- Familiar with Safety Managements System such as in SMKP, ISO45001.
- Experienced in training and assessment facilitation.
