Concentrating - Engineer, PLC System

As Process Control Engineer, To plan, develop, maintain and improve process control of mineral processing to ensure good productivity, stability and optimization of the plants.

Job requirement:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in plant process automation
• S1 degree in relevant field
• Programming skill and knowledge using Foxboro DCS (Archestra, Intouch)
• Understanding of effective HMI and its configuration
• Understanding of effective alarm management and rationalization
• Understanding of control theory and its application in process automation (regulatory control using PID, feedforward, etc)
• Using P&ID, control narrative, instrument index, electrical drawing, etc. for control programming
• Understanding of safety application to process plant
• Experience in middle to large scale projects
• Familiarity with process instrumentation and control devices
• Familiarity with Advanced Process Control
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controller
