Fungsi dari posisi ini/The purpose of this position:

Supervisor Sales Operations Planning is responsible for helping the company sell products to the customers by analyzing current market trends, creating sales plan and sales report, conducting data and statistical analysis on the company's sales performance. Including all activities related to Sales Operations Planning & Controlling in PTFI Smelter, PT Smelting (PTS), and Freeport Manyar Refinery (FMR) plants.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab utama posisi ini/The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  1. Engages and works directly and collaboratively with all stakeholders during the sales process to execute sales expansion and mkaintenance strategies using company programs, solutions and services to address customer specific needs.
  2. Establishes projected sales and inventory volume for each products and monitors sales performance.
  3. Provides a weekly & monthly report that summarizes the sales performance, sales forecast (prognose), and sales achievement (PTFI Smelter, PTS, and FMR plants).
  4. Maintain adequate inventory targets to meet customer demand.
  5. Assess & control inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity & sales.
  6. Keeps management / production informed of design / specification trends.
  7. Participates in analyzing / determining market potential and sales expense estimates.
  8. Help develop and implement strategies to increase sales by identifying new markets for existing products.
  9. Attend meetings, training, and maintain regular communication with the regional / global Sales Community, Association, MIND ID, and Freeport McMoran.
  10. Help develop pricing plans for products based on netbacks, customer needs, industry standards, and competitive environment.

Tantangan utama pada posisi ini/The key challenges in this position:

  1. Coordinate with all stakeholders (production, global supply chain, marketing, and logistic outbound) from PTFI Smelter, FMR, PTS plants to established projected sales & inventory report.
  2. Compile, create and present weekly, monthly and annual reports to different stakeholders.

Minimum education & Experience :

  1. Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / Information Technology / Administration / Management
  2. 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Planning & Monitoring role

Kompetensi Inti (Pengatahuan, Keahlian & Karakter)/Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience is an advantage
  2. Familiar with SAP System
  3. Ability to develop and convey complex concepts to non-technical partners
  4. Ability to budget and forecast operating plans
  5. Wide sales coverage optimization (creation of analytics models)
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
