Basic Function:
Perform & control all Quality inspection activities efficiently and effectively, in order to ensure the reliability of heavy equipment support in achieving production target according to company's policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility :
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all Heavy support fleet which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
- Assist with supervision, coordination, monitoring, and controlling PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all equipment which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
- Perform forecast for the component condition and provide data to mechanic in extending component lifetime to meet the quality standard for maintenance.
- Identify and analyze breakdown failures, in order to determine the root cause of the problem and obtain the most efficient and effective solution by review repair and breakdown historical data of heavy support equipment.
- Invent, develop, and implement maintenance method for tools and facilities, in order to improve maintenance activities and increase maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep a data base for all equipment findings to track histories to ensure all data are complete for future references.
- Establish inspection sequences system and rework elimination (inspection to get backlog, doing repair as instruction, re-inspection prior to release and go final test by real work prior to operational) at assigned equipment with maximizing available man-hour and work quality required to ensure quality and productivity maintenance.
- Ensure PM back log and analyze schedule oil sampling at assigned equipment before all fleet coming on schedule PM and analyze to the Superior's and Mine Support Services Management's repair activities to inform the Superior and Mine Support Services Management for their decision to improve the activities performance.
The key challenges in this position include:
- How to keep the performance according with department target without any violation of safety and environmental and customer satisfaction.
- Providing analysis on a varied amount of equipment.
- Develop recommendations that will improve availability and reduce costs.
- Monitoring workmanship.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
- S1 with minimum 2-3 years and trade apprenticeship with 6 years experience, whoever in charge in mining companies and working preferably in Heavy Duty mechanics scopes.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- Very well of skill and understanding of mechanical method, i.e.: Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Compressor Engines, Piping and electrical knowledge, also is good skill down load data, find data from electric control module.
- Understanding of basic rigging skill and knowledge.
- Must be able to make sound of judgments in address of complex technical problem.
- Strong knowledge of leadership, strong analytical skill and strong maintenance concepts and philosophies (planned/unplanned maintenance, SOS, CM. etc.).
- Floor requirements analysis (innovative actions, planning, cost analysis and planned maintenance).
- Maximizing of existing assets to boost up efficiency, productivity and reliable client services (manpower, cost, tools and shop).
- Good interpersonal and communication skill with the others (internally and externally).

Job Requirements :
- Supervise all PM and break down repair and/or maintenance activities for assigned equipments are performed in efficient, effective and timely manner, in order to provide good equipments performance.
