Analyze, prepare, and provide GBC haulage level rehabilitation planning through a good coordination with all related departments and Strategic Planning, monitor, and control performance and implementation of haulage rehabilitation planning in order to achieve company production goals effectively and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Maintain, monitor, and provide Haulage rehabilitation plan and its execution regarding the planning, schedule and timeframe, in order to ensure reliable haulage level to achieve production targets and meet the PTFI standards during production phase.
- Analyze and develop detailed schedule and timetable for haulage rehabilitation activities required to provide a comprehensive and reliable timeframe to advance all activities and to ensure the activity meet the goal and timeline.
- Provide all project controls support activity by coordinate and build an effective communication with other engineering group (Caving, Development, construction, scheduling, ventilation, etc) and other department (Geotech, geology, hydrology, etc) in order to ensure extraction rehability plan requirements are well provided in timely manner and production activities can run smoothly.
- Provide and maintain comprehensive haulage rehabilitation activity reports to provide data and/or recommendation for superior's further decision.
- Identify, and analyze anomalies, variance, non-compliance, and complaint in any related engineering and planning, take corrective action and provide proposed action to management to ensure all correction activities will resolve the task/problem occurred.
- Support with active field presence with regular field inspection.
- Provide constructive feedback and advice to Operations on safety, health and industrial hygiene performance, looking after continuous improvements in quality of haulage level rehabilitation planning to meet with GOI and PTFI standard.
- Update the Key Performance Indicators and conduct benchmarking studies for planning purposes on each project in order to optimize the efficiency of Company's resources.
- Compliance to department safety programs, safety accountabilities, regular safety inspections, identifying new safety approaches, etc., in order to achieve and ensure that all safety procedures are met.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1-3 years working experience in related Underground mine design and Engineering.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- A working knowledge of Underground Operations activities, capabilities and structure.
- Knowledge DeswikCAD, AutoCAD, MS Office including MS Project.
