Basic Function:

Provide and supervise fabrication activities related to area of responsibilities, in order to ensure all works done in timely manners in compliance with LIP quality standards.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Produce as much fabricated steelwork as possible, at the cheapest possibly costs in the shortest time through work scheduling.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • D3 degree with minimum 5 years working experiences in fabrication and repair work.
  • Senior High school graduates are permitted to have more experience as fabricators than the D3 requirement. Must have a welding license.
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Good personality, tolerance, patience and approahable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Sufficient English skill in reading workshop drawings.
  • Supervisory skills.
  • 6 mandatory competencies

The key areas in which you have decision-making

  • The issuance of any and all disciplinary actions to be taken againts employees for violations of company's rules and regulations.
  • Approve small tool requirements.
  • Stop any unsafe project.
