The Fresh Graduate Program (FGP) is designed to provide career opportunities for talented Indonesian graduates who have recently completed their higher education. We are seeking high-performing graduates from leading universities, with academic backgrounds aligned to our business needs.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizens, with preference given to Papuan candidates.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1), Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4), or master's degree (S2).
• Minimum GPA of 2.80 on a 4.00 scale.
• No more than 2 years since graduation.
• Limited work experience (0-2 years).
• Willing to be assigned to the company's operations area in Papua.
• Preference will be given to candidates with academic exposure to:
