Warehouse Maintenance / Cleaning Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance / Cleaning Associate to help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout our warehouse facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring all work areas remain clean, clear, and compliant with safety standards. Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep and mop warehouse floors; remove debris and trash
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and office areas
• Maintain loading docks, entryways, and shared spaces
• Break down cardboard (operate baler if trained)
• Organize pallets and keep aisles and exits clear
• Assist with light material handling and special cleanup projects
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and report safety issues

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions
• Must follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Reliable and punctual
• Previous warehouse or cleaning experience preferred

Salary:

• $17.00 per hour
• Temporary position with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and business needs
