About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our commercial team. This is a junior-level position ideal for candidates looking to develop their career in sales operations and business development. The role involves assisting with daily administrative tasks, maintaining CRM accuracy, supporting prospecting initiatives, and contributing to the organization of sales processes. You will work closely with the sales and business development teams in a dynamic, international environment, with frequent communication in English.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy of client and pipeline data
  • Assist in tracking sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline organization
  • Conduct online research on companies, markets, and potential clients
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts (email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups)
  • Maintain and enrich client and prospect databases
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and commercial materials
  • Ensure data quality and organization across sales tools and systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Recruitment, and Sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (completed or in progress)
  • 0–2 years in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service (internships accepted)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and pipelines
  • Experience with research tools, LinkedIn, or Canva is a plus
  • Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) — required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
