About the Client:

We are a new, asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through our proprietary Bucket Model, stable assets create a protective base, from which capital is strategically deployed into operating businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Our goal is to prioritize disciplined asset structuring and sustainable long-term value creation.

Role Overview:

As the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the companys growth from the ground up. Youll lead day-to-day operations, execute the companys strategy in close partnership with the Founder, and build a high-performance sales-driven organization. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to define the companys vision, structure, and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent execution and performance.
  • Translate the Founders vision into operational plans and measurable goals.
  • Actively participate in investor and client meetings.
  • Help structure and scale deal-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the Founder on KPIs, strategy, and growth initiatives.
  • Approve and participate in hiring decisions for future roles.
  • Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and partnerships.

Required Profile:

  • Proven leadership and people-management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working with sales teams and incentive-driven environments.
  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and emotional intelligence.
  • Open-minded and able to learn non-traditional financial concepts.

  • Exposure to finance, investments, or real estate.
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Background in startups, entrepreneurship, or growth-stage businesses.

Salary and Benefits:
