About the Client:
We are a new, asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through our proprietary Bucket Model, stable assets create a protective base, from which capital is strategically deployed into operating businesses and entrepreneurial ventures. Our goal is to prioritize disciplined asset structuring and sustainable long-term value creation.
Role Overview:
As the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the companys growth from the ground up. Youll lead day-to-day operations, execute the companys strategy in close partnership with the Founder, and build a high-performance sales-driven organization. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team to define the companys vision, structure, and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring consistent execution and performance.
- Translate the Founders vision into operational plans and measurable goals.
- Actively participate in investor and client meetings.
- Help structure and scale deal-making processes.
- Collaborate with the Founder on KPIs, strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Approve and participate in hiring decisions for future roles.
- Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and partnerships.
Required Profile:
- Proven leadership and people-management experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort working with sales teams and incentive-driven environments.
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and emotional intelligence.
- Open-minded and able to learn non-traditional financial concepts.

Salary and Benefits:
