About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support the expansion team in prospecting activities, market mapping, and commercial data management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable working with international contacts, particularly in the United States.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the commercial pipeline by identifying potential clients, maintaining accurate data in CRM systems, and assisting with reporting and follow-ups. This position offers a great opportunity to develop skills in sales operations, business development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the mapping and enrichment of commercial databases.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients and partners.
  • Perform active prospecting through email and phone following the expansion team's guidelines.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing commercial reports and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with the team on follow-up actions and meeting scheduling.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken communication).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about commercial and expansion processes.

Nice-to-have:

  • Previous experience in B2B prospecting, SDR, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Basic understanding of the U.S. market or international business expansion.
  • Interest in developing a career in commercial strategy or business development.
