About the Role:

The Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing the clients day-to-day operations. This role acts as the main operational interface with senior leadership, ensuring that internal workflows, administrative processes, and support functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee daily business operations
• Execute operational processes defined by the client
• Coordinate across administrative, finance, sales support, and client onboarding functions
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact with the CEO
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and follow-through across operational workflows

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, business administration, or process management
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable coordinating multiple operational functions simultaneously
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
