About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Specialist to support employee engagement, internal communication, development initiatives, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Plan internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
• Manage internal communication channels and employee campaigns.
• Coordinate training, workshops, and development programs.
• Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and recommend improvements.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and operational teams.
• Provide general HR support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HR, People and Culture, or a similar role.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Experience with engagement, internal communication, training, or events.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative, and execution-focused profile.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
