Job Summary:

This leadership role is responsible for managing cross-functional technology teams and overseeing the development and integration of high-performance digital solutions. The position focuses on aligning technological initiatives with business objectives, promoting innovation through AI, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient systems within a global, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary tech team, including Full-Stack Developers and UX/UI Designers.
• Define and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee the development of a proprietary operating system and the integration of multiple applications.
• Drive AI-driven initiatives, cloud infrastructure, and system security.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
• Supervise project delivery, performance evaluations, and team development.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years in software development and architecture, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience managing tech teams and leading multi-application ecosystems.
• Strong expertise in Flutter (preferred) or other modern tech stacks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
• Background in AI, machine learning, and SaaS; familiarity with gaming development (Unity is a plus).
• Native English speaker: multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones in a remote-friendly environment.
