Machine Operator

Client is a national leader in snack nut production, and we are currently looking for Machine Operators for positions available on ALL shifts at our facilities in Solon, a southeastern suburb of Cleveland. We offer training for individuals with basic ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate food packaging machines that produce consumer-ready snacks and nuts.

• Ensure machines are running efficiently and meet production standards.

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines as needed.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Adhere to company procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and mechanical ability are required.

• Attention to detail is a must.

• No previous experience is required, but the willingness to learn is essential.
