About the Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer at ResultsIQ.ai, youll thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where versatility is key. This dynamic role combines technical development, solution architecture, and sales engineering. From early-stage client interactions and solution design to development, deployment, and ongoing support, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical expert during client discovery and proposal development.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI/automation solutions.
  Estimate development time and technical requirements for new projects.
• Build and deploy AI-powered web applications and end-to-end automation systems.
• Develop integrations across APIs, third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, ERPs), and AI tools (OpenAI, Azure, etc.).
• Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
• Lead full development lifecyclefrom kickoff to delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure seamless execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues post-launch.
• Stay current on emerging AI and automation technologies.
• Contribute new ideas, tools, and prototypes to enhance ResultsIQ.ais offerings.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably in consulting or project-based roles.

• Strong technical proficiency in: Front-End: React, Vue, or similar JS frameworks andBack-End: Node.js, Python, or similar.
• APIs & Integrations: REST, GraphQL, webhooks, etc.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, LangChain) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or other low-code platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
