About the Role:
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather and prioritize business and remediation requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Develop process documentation and standardized desk procedures.
- Prepare and manage user stories, test cases, and testing activities, including participation in stand-ups and testing meetings.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Analyze application functionality and data accuracy to ensure expected outcomes.
- Identify system gaps, improvement opportunities, and remediation needs.
- Prepare documentation such as business requirements, process flows, technical impact analyses, and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and system support teams during assessments and system integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 - 5 years of relevant technical or business analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business strategies and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation:
- $38.46 per hour
