About the Role:
This is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office presence.
The Salesforce Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the technical delivery of Salesforce projects, including configuration, customization, integrations, and deployments. Working closely with the Solutions Lead, who handles discovery and architecture, this role owns the execution phase of projects while also managing timelines, client communication, and day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Salesforce solutions from defined specs and user stories, flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, data migrations, the works.
- Own the project plan: break down user stories into tasks, manage the timeline, track progress, and hit delivery milestones.
- Run regular client status updates, communicate progress and blockers clearly, and manage scope change conversations.
- Coordinate UAT with clients, ensure quality before go-live, and manage deployments to production.
- Maintain technical documentation and project artifacts throughout the engagement.
- Identify risks early and escalate when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience (configuration, Apex, integrations).
- Comfortable owning client-facing communication and project management on mid-size engagements.
- Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can explain technical decisions to a non-technical client.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I, Advanced Admin, or equivalent).
