About the Role:

The Public Relations Analyst will support communication, public relations, and employer branding initiatives for an international audience, with a focus on materials and activities related to the U.S. market.

This is a part-time contractor position, ideal for a professional with early experience in PR, corporate communications, internal communications, marketing, or related areas. The role requires strong English skills, organization, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt communication content for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support institutional communication, public relations, and brand positioning initiatives.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, corporate representation, meetings, and events.
  • Contribute to internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop, review, and adapt communication content for different channels and audiences.
  • Support the creation of presentations, media materials, institutional assets, and other communication deliverables.
  • Conduct research and monitor market trends, competitors, communication opportunities, and best practices.
  • Use AI and digital tools to improve communication workflows and content development.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Public Relations team on strategic communication demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, marketing, or related support activities; internship experience will be considered.
  • Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken, is required, as most communication materials will support a U.S. audience.
  • Basic knowledge of institutional communication, public relations practices, employer branding, and corporate communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media, communication platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Basic knowledge of presentation and design tools, such as Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, creativity, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B environments or service companies is a plus.

Compensation and Work Model:

  • Contractor model: PJ.
  • Fixed monthly compensation: R$3,500.00.
  • Part-time schedule: 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Working hours: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
