About the role:

The Domestic Sales Manager will drive new business, expand market presence, and elevate the companys brand across the Northeast. This remote role suits a self-starter with strong logistics or 3PL/4PL expertise, sharp sales instincts, and the ability to create modern marketing assets. You will build pipelines, close mid-to-large accounts, partner with operations, and help shape the commercial organization as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales acquisition efforts and close new customer accounts across key industries (life sciences, manufacturing, e-commerce, defense, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through CRM outreach and structured follow-up.
  • Develop proposals, pricing packages, and polished capability presentations.
  • Enhance brand visibility through LinkedIn, digital marketing, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Produce marketing contentincluding brochures, capability decks, videos, tours, and case studies.
  • Partner with operations to develop accurate pricing, service models, and customer solutions.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, broker sessions, warehouse tours, and partnership discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 years in sales, marketing, or business development (ideally in logistics, warehousing, 3PL/4PL, transportation, supply chain, or industrial real estate).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse services (pick-pack, distribution, drayage, inventory, etc.).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and close mid-to-large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in branding, modern marketing strategies, and asset creation.
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, marketing platforms, and analytics/SEO.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and strong customer-facing presence.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
