About the job Commercial Assistant

Were on the lookout for a highly organized, proactive, and communicative Commercial Assistant to join our Expansion Team. In this role, youll play a key part in market research, client prospecting, and managing commercial information, helping to drive our growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Mapping & Enrichment: Support the mapping and enhancement of commercial databases.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Perform active prospecting through email and phone, following the guidelines provided by the Expansion Team.
  • CRM Updates: Ensure accuracy and up-to-date information in our CRM system.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Assist with preparing reports and analyzing commercial results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team on follow-ups and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

What Were Looking For (Must-haves):

  • Fluent in English: Intermediate to advanced level (both written and verbal communication).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • A proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn about commercial and expansion processes.

Nice-to-haves (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience with B2B prospecting, SDR, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of the American market or international business expansion.
  • Passion for growing a career in commercial strategy.
