About the Role:
The Client Support / Onboarding professional is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients and investors. This role supports operational execution by managing documentation, coordinating onboarding steps, and serving as a key point of contact during early-stage client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and investor onboarding processes
- Collect, review, and organize required documentation
- Coordinate onboarding steps with internal operational teams
- Provide operational follow-up and status updates
- Ensure onboarding records are complete and properly maintained
Qualifications:
- Experience in client support, onboarding, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment
