About the Role:

The Client Support / Onboarding professional is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for clients and investors. This role supports operational execution by managing documentation, coordinating onboarding steps, and serving as a key point of contact during early-stage client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and investor onboarding processes
  • Collect, review, and organize required documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding steps with internal operational teams
  • Provide operational follow-up and status updates
  • Ensure onboarding records are complete and properly maintained

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client support, onboarding, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases
  • Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment
