About the role:

The client is looking for a creative and reliable Remote Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and grow its social media presence. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, customer engagement, and supporting brand growth through consistent and engaging online communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Manage stories, reels, posts, and daily social media engagement.
  • Respond to messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote food truck locations, catering services, meal prep, and special events.
  • Support content planning and contribute marketing ideas.
  • Help maintain a consistent brand image, and posting schedule.
  • Monitor social media trends and engagement performance

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English.
  • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic graphic design skills and/or Canva experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus.
