About the role:
The client is looking for a creative and reliable Remote Social Media & Content Coordinator to help manage and grow its social media presence. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, customer engagement, and supporting brand growth through consistent and engaging online communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage stories, reels, posts, and daily social media engagement.
- Respond to messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote food truck locations, catering services, meal prep, and special events.
- Support content planning and contribute marketing ideas.
- Help maintain a consistent brand image, and posting schedule.
- Monitor social media trends and engagement performance
Qualifications:
- Fluent English.
- Experience managing Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and/or Canva experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus.
