Kickstart your career as a Service Team Lead at Frontmatec

As a coordinator and Team Lead for our service technicians, you will lead by example, challenge existing processes and routines, so that together we become better. Your leadership will be crucial, ensuring your team is never doubtful about your direction and dedication.

Responsibilities:

In addition to being the Team Lead for fantastic service individuals, where you also have some administrative tasks, you will also be part of driving some changes in the department as a whole. Therefore, you must be able to work structured with your tasks and motivate your team both in changes and in everyday life.

• Quoting and Invoicing: Prepare quotes, create invoices, and follow up.
• Customer Care and Innovation: Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to increase the value of our service for customers.
• Customer Relations and Technician Engagement: Build strong relationships with our customers and involve our technicians in developing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and sales optimization.

Your strengths and abilities:

We are looking for someone who truly wants to lead a team and create value for our customers. Your energy and enthusiasm will be crucial to our team's success, as we believe positive engagement is the key to achieving our goals. You must be a team player with the courage to take responsibility and drive new initiatives within the team, making the two sites (Kolding and Tandslet) feel as one unit. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are essential, and German would be an advantage as you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
Experience with robotics and automation would be an advantage.
