Frontmatec is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Installed Base Manager to join our expanding team. This role has been newly established to address a specific gap in meeting the needs of our clients in the EU region. We are committed to finding a candidate who can effectively fulfill this role and ensure client satisfaction.

Our incoming colleague will be instrumental in meticulously mapping, analyzing, and optimizing our existing machinery installed base. You will ensure customer satisfaction and furnish our organization with data-driven insights to propel revenue growth through adept relationship management and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and map our current installed base in the EU, pinpointing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to our existing customer network.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise strategies for expanding the installed base and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Employ data analytics to evaluate machinery performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Develop robust processes, procedures, and reporting frameworks for the Installed Base Management role within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work from our facilities in Kolding or Tandslet.
  • Qualifications include a pertinent educational background along with prior experience as a Sales Analyst or Business Analyst, as well as experience in project management.
  • Data-driven and keen on organizing systems and processes.
  • Great drive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English alongside proficiency in another European language is indispensable.

Success in this role hinges on leveraging your project management skills to bring structure to our processes. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness by implementing project management principles. Projects within your purview may vary in duration, ranging from 3 to 6 months to up to two years. By effectively managing these projects and ensuring seamless execution, you will contribute significantly to the achievement of our organizational goals.
