About the job Training Manager

Frontmatec is currently growing and expanding our business, and we are therefore looking for a Training Manager for a newly established role. The Training Manager will be a part of our Service Solutions team, and will play a pivotal role in mapping, developing, and executing the concept of Frontmatec Academy, which will be offering and delivering standardized and tailormade training concepts to internal as well as external stakeholders. As this is a newly established role, it will offer extensive opportunities for the right candidate to shape and impact the scope and latitude of the function.

What will you do?

  • Map and track existing competencies, identify gaps and their potential opportunities.
  • Create and develop training courses directed at both internal and external stakeholders, covering the categories of Equipment Training, Operation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and
  • Establish a competencies framework, identifying learning goals and certifications.
  • Training sale and delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and execute a Continuous Improvement Feedback loop, ensuring that our training offerings meet expectations from our business and our clients.

What do you need to bring?

  • A relevant technical education/degree and preferably experience within a similar role.
  • Solid experience creating and delivering corporate training programs.
  • Computer and Data literacy at an advanced level.
  • A positive and results-oriented demeanor, capable of making decisions independently and ensuring their execution.
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written. Competencies in an additional European language are considered an advantage.
  • A keen interest in traveling 75 days per year, visiting both our clients and your colleagues.
  • To succeed in the role of Training Manager at Frontmatec, you'll need to bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills.
