General manager

Job Description: FTK Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and success of our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives - Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality standards - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement and growth - Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance - Prepare and present reports to senior management on company performance and progress - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations - Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality industry - Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving business goals - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of financial management and budgeting - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
