We're seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Quoting Specialist to support new and existing clients with accurate, timely IT product quoting and catalogue management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, has strong analytical skills and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Assess customer requirements and source competitive solutions from vendors and distributors
  • Liaise with customers, Sales, Order Fulfilment and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Maintain pricing accuracy, margins, part numbers, expiry dates and EOL alternatives
  • Support deal registrations and build strong vendor relationships
  • Drive improvements in accuracy, efficiency and ways of working

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quoting, sales support or a customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset
  • Customer‑first approach with a professional demeanour
  • Sound IT knowledge and genuine interest in technology
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
