The Sales Executive is a customer role focused on providing the highest level of customer care and support to new and existing clients and stakeholders. This position requires a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate high-value opportunities with a particular focus on the Victorian State Government.
The Sales Executive will specialise in engaging, nurturing and expanding clients across Victorian Government Agencies, fostering long-term partnerships and bringing all parts of Fujitsu to the customer to solve their challenges and support their digital journey. Success in this role demands a combination of high touch customer care and collaboration across a range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
About the role
- Developing and expanding current Fujitsu relationships and customers.
- Develop customers by identifying high-value opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to transform small accounts into top-tier customers through targeted growth initiatives. This includes account plans for key customers, close plans for high value deals, and other standard planning tools for high performance sales teams.
- Lead complex deal negotiations, including multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Fujitsus objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Delivery, Operations, Consulting and Marketing to create customised solutions for enterprise clients. This includes maintaining high quality sales data regarding pipeline and deal milestones to ensure alignment across Fujitsu.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to position Fujitsu as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Represent Fujitsu at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the companys capabilities and value proposition.
About you
- 10+ years of sales experience across a diverse set of clients and industries with a focus on State and Federal government clients.
- Deep knowledge of the IT market to provide the most current solutions to potential clients.
- A strong network, and networking skills with the ability to effectively communicate through to the C-suite level.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen to deliver quality proposals to the customer, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, pricing is accurate, language and branding are consistent with Fujitsu standards.
