Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Systems Analyst / Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in reporting system solutions, data analytics project delivery, and business analysis. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring effective project management, and facilitating user acceptance and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis and design of reporting and data analytics solutions, utilizing proven methodologies and best practices.
Document business requirements and functional specifications through user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and detailed design documents.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate directly with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and product owners, to gather requirements and negotiate solutions.
Develop and map business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct data analysis using advanced Excel functions and SQL queries to support reporting and decision-making processes.
Prepare system integration specifications, ensuring seamless connection between various system components.
Assist in showcasing system solutions to stakeholders and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
Collect, formalize, and maintain support plans to ensure ongoing system maintenance and issue resolution.
Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring practical, workable implementation strategies are developed and adhered to.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting system solutions, data analytics, or related fields.
Proven expertise in Agile business analysis and functional analysis services.
Extensive experience in documenting business requirements and creating functional designs using user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate directly with solution stakeholders.
Proficiency in designing business process maps.
Advanced data analysis skills, including expertise in Excel and SQL.
Experience in developing system integration specifications.
Ability to showcase solutions and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
Experience in collecting and formalizing support and maintenance plans.
