The Sales Executive is a senior sales role focused on acquiring new customers, turning small accounts into top-tier clients, and driving growth through complex deal negotiations. This position requires a strategic mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to navigate high-value opportunities.
The Sales Executive will specialize in identifying new clients, fostering long-term partnerships, and expanding Fujitsus presence in the enterprise market. Success in this role demands a combination of originating and delivering new business opportunities, managing detailed sales cycles, and collaborating with all Fujitsu colleagues, to enable our customers success.
About the role
- Find and develop new enterprise customers by identifying high-value opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategies to transform small accounts into top-tier customers through targeted growth initiatives.
- Lead complex deal negotiations, including multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Fujitsus objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Delivery, Operations, and Marketing to create customized solutions for enterprise clients.
- Build strong institutional partnerships with customers at both local and global levels to ensure long- term success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to position Fujitsu as a trusted advisor in the enterprise space.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new opportunities, qualifying leads, and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- · Represent Fujitsu at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote the companys capabilities and value proposition.
About you
- 5+ years of sales experience across a diverse set of clients and industries with a focus on services and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the IT market in order to provide the most current solutions to potential clients.
- A strong network, and networking skills with the ability to effectively communicate through to the C-suite level.
- Ability to build and maintain an effective sales pipeline and provide data for accurate and timely monthly forecasting.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen in order to deliver quality proposals to the customer, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, pricing is accurate, language and branding are consistent with Fujitsu standards
