About the role

This role is about driving AI into the heart of our ServiceNow practice. While Fujitsu has a long AI history, our ServiceNow unit is now accelerating its own AI journey. Your mission is twofold: accelerate cutting-edge ServiceNow AI adoption for our clients, and rigorously optimise our own operations using AI for peak productivity.

Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you're a pragmatic visionary someone who can turn AI's potential into real-world value. In our fast-paced, collaborative culture, you'll define how our ServiceNow practice uses AI, delivering top outcomes for clients and boosting our own efficiency. You'll bridge the gap between AI's promise and its practical application, building confidence and fostering adoption across our teams. Though an individual contributor, your influence will span our global delivery team, including regional COEs, and technical leadership, critical for our future direction and business success in a rapidly evolving market.

Location flexible across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

This role is instrumental in establishing our ServiceNow practice as 'one of one' in the market for AI capabilities. It's about shaping

AI's application, inspiring others, and driving our market differentiation. Your drive for excellence and innovative spirit will shine through as you elevate our entire ServiceNow practice's technical capability and market standing through strategic, intelligent, and collaborative AI application. High performance here means tangible impact and inspiring change. Within 90 days, you'll deliver a clear strategy and three quick, impactful AI wins. Beyond that, a high-performing Manager of AI Acceleration consistently delivers

Practice Management

  • Lead the strategic growth of Fujitsus ServiceNow AI practice, delivering three impactful AI wins within 90 days.
  • Define and execute a scalable roadmap for AI integration, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Drive high-value client outcomes through innovative ServiceNow and AI solutions, securing long-term partnerships.

Technical & AI Thought Leadership

  • Champion adoption of advanced ServiceNow AI features (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, AIOps, Generative AI).
  • Architect scalable, real-world AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into practical applications, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.

Pre-Sales & Delivery Excellence

  • Standardise and lead pre-sales consulting processes, including solution design, proof of concepts, and client demonstrations.
  • Mentor consultants to craft compelling solutions and support tender responses with accurate technical estimates.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence and client satisfaction across engagements.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse advisory team with >80% engagement.
  • Drive succession planning, capability uplift, and employee experience improvements.
  • Fulfil all people leadership responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and wellbeing initiatives.

Market Positioning & Innovation

  • Position Fujitsu as a market leader through thought leadership, digital asset creation, and strategic advisory.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow roadmap and AI industry trends to inform strategy and client engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with product owners, domain experts, and C-suite stakeholders.

Accountabilities

  • Delivery of strategic AI wins and roadmap execution within defined timeframes.
  • Achievement of revenue, OPPL, and billable utilisation targets.
  • Growth and retention of key accounts through high-impact solutions and advisory.
  • Uplift of team capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
  • Tangible business outcomes from AI initiatives (e.g., ROI, efficiency gains, client satisfaction).
  • Consistent positioning of Fujitsu as the go-to partner for ServiceNow AI expertise.

Requirements and Experience

Must Have

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions
  • 5+ years people leadership
  • Demonstrated AI application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience required in creating end-to-end solution for the client.
  • Ability to understand the commercial implications of proposed solutions and be able to come up with optimizing ideas.
  • Willingness to support various geographies and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must Have

IT Degree, relevant tertiary education in Computer Science or relevant experience.
