Job Summary
Two full-time Business Analysts (BAs) are required under a staff augmentation model to support a Regulatory Management System (RMS) Program within a regulatory and legal environment. The selected BAs will work closely with an internal RMS team across multiple business and technology workstreams, contributing to critical documentation and artefact development for a future systems integrator (SI) procurement.
Scope of Services:
Key responsibilities include:

Producing business and non-functional requirements using Confluence-based Business Requirements Document (BRD) templates.

Developing business process diagrams using Microsoft Visio.

Facilitating and supporting stakeholder engagement and workshops to elicit requirements.

Reviewing technical documentation (e.g., integration specs, stored procedures) to inform business artefacts.

Assisting in the creation of a requirements traceability matrix to link business needs with future SI deliverables.

Providing weekly progress updates through the nominated supplier manager.

Hybrid model, Melbourne.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Demonstrated experience in regulatory, legal, government, or complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Proficiency in requirements elicitation, stakeholder facilitation, and business process mapping.

Strong documentation and writing skills with the ability to work independently under senior guidance.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile-influenced environment and engaging with subject matter experts across various functional areas.
