Your role will involve:
As a Wayfinders Partner, you'll use your entrepreneurial drive and vision to build a practice of consultants, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and a commitment to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes for our customers.
As a market-facing visionary, you'll be targeted to actively pursue new revenue and business development opportunities, whilst nurturing key client relationships, and leading collaborative, high-performing consulting teams. Your exceptional ability to build and maintain lasting, trusted relationships will empower clients to fulfil their business aspirations.

As a Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, landing, and developing opportunities to advise senior executives on impactful change, resulting in standalone consulting revenue growth.
- Cultivating and managing a portfolio of client relationships and engagements at various stages of
- development, ensuring the quality, impact and profitability of client services provided by Wayfinders and the broader Fujitsu organisation.
- Building high-performing consulting teams, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance over team performance and deliverables.
- Identifying the right functional knowledge, technical expertise, and proprietary tools to engage at
- clients from the host of capabilities in the Fujitsu organization and our partner network.
- Leading and inspiring Wayfinder consultants to realise their full potential, supporting collaboration, continuous development and a culture where talent thrives.
Your transferable skills and experience:
- Partner/Associate Partner experience at a tier-one management consultancy or Partner level experience in the advisory arm of a technology consulting firm.
- A track record of building consulting relationships and pipeline, with evidence of the development of sustained client programs.
- Highly entrepreneurial as a consulting visionary, with experience of developing go-to-market strategy.
- Deep experience in developing and delivering technology focused client transformation programs, with a preference for next generation technology such as AI, Quantum Computing etc.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations.
- Ideally experience providing consulting services within Mining, Oil & Gas and Financial Service sectors.
