The Product & Licensing Manager has responsibility for leading a high performing sales and licencing team. Driving growth and expansion with new and existing partners through collaboration with key stakeholders and suppliers across Australia and New Zealand. 

About the role

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and licencing team by setting clear goals, providing training and coaching and providing overall direction to the members.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives utilising your expert market and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners including potential vendors and suppliers.
  • Expert on relevant licensing laws, regulations, and intellectual property laws. Ensuring that all licensing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 

This role is open to any major New Zealand location.

About you

  •  7 or more years' experience in Enterprise Licensing. Microsoft, AWS and other vendor certifications highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and licensing regulations.
  • Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
  • Ideally existing relationships with hardware and software vendors & distributors.
