About the Role

The Lead Technical Consultant is responsible for guiding and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations across the APAC region, ensuring high-quality, on-time outcomes and outstanding customer satisfaction.


This role reports into the Principal Consultant / People Delivery Manager / Practice Lead.

This role is based in Makati with a hybrid working arrangement, involving onsite presence for 1 to 2 days per month, supplemented by remote work options.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Serve as the ServiceNow subject-matter expert: design, develop, test, and implement hands-on solutions that leverage out-of-the-box functionality and best-practice standards.
  • Produce high-quality design specifications and build documentation, incorporating customer requirements from technical and functional workshops.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders; advise on risk management, process improvements, and automation opportunities.
  • Identify and influence new engagements and upsell opportunities; collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to grow the practice.
  • Act as the escalation point for issues across project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders resolve problems quickly and calmly.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants; contribute to hiring decisions and participate in interview panels.
  • Develop and share reusable frameworks, run EnableWay education sessions, and author Rapid Seeds knowledge assets.
  • Lead a small team (12 consultants) to achieve ~80% billable utilisation, maintain KPIs, and drive professional development.

Requirements and Experience

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS in ITSM, plus at least one additional ServiceNow CIS.
  • ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation across two or more product lines.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Proven track record delivering high-quality ServiceNow projects, build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specs.
  • Hands-on development skills: JavaScript/AJAX, HTML, XML, and integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID).
  • Experience leading customer workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate platform roadmaps, upgrades, and best practices.
  • Previous coaching or people-leadership experience, with awareness of leadership competencies and ability to drive team performance.

Nice to Have:

  • Additional ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Suite Certified).
  • Project Management Certifications, including Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.
  • 7+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery while managing and coordinating team members.
  • 2+ years leading customer engagements.
  • 6 months of experience with people leadership.
  • General understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
