Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified System Solution Analyst with specialized knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) concepts, systems, and practices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven experience in system solution analysis, process re-engineering, and delivering Agile business analysis services. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing IDAM solutions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient identity management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analysis and design of system solutions with a focus on IDAM systems, ensuring alignment with organizational security and operational requirements.
Conduct process re-engineering activities by capturing current (as-is) IDAM processes and designing optimized (to-be) workflows through detailed process flows.
Document comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications via user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and process diagrams.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate directly with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to gather requirements and negotiate solutions.
Develop system integration specifications, emphasizing secure and seamless integration of IDAM systems with existing infrastructure.
Showcase IDAM solutions to stakeholders, demonstrating functionalities and security features.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, facilitating testing activities, and resolving issues.
Manage project implementation by developing practical, workable approaches that are monitored and executed effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in system solution analysis.

Demonstrated expertise in providing Agile business analysis and functional analysis services.
Extensive experience in documenting business requirements and designing functional solutions using user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, and process flow diagrams.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, users, technical staff, and product owners.
Proven ability to lead workshops and work directly with solution stakeholders.
Experience in process re-engineering, including capturing current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
Proficiency in developing system integration specifications, especially for secure systems.
Advanced knowledge of IDAM concepts, systems, and practices, including identity lifecycle management, access controls, authentication, and authorization protocols.
Ability to demonstrate IDAM solutions and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
