About the role
Fujitsu Australia & New Zealand is the home of one of the leading MS Dynamics ERP practices in the country. We are looking for an experienced ERP professional to join us to take the business further in Australia and New Zealand, and potentially beyond.
While we have implementations across a wide range of industry sectors, we specialise in agriculture, with developed Business Central solutions in this space.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-end consulting and pre-sales to customers and prospects, with a view to engaging new business. You will also provide leadership to technology consultants and solution specialists and have significant input into the performance & results of the Microsoft Business Applications Practice across Australia and New Zealand. Location flexible across east coast of Australia and New Zealand. This role offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Engaged in the full ERP implementation life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
- Leading pre-sales and customer engagement workshop activities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions
- Oversight and contribution to customer Fujitsu ERP solution enhancements, upgrades and potentially the development of new Fujitsu solutions
- Keeping up to date with technical developments, providing thought leadership functional oversight to the Fujitsu team as well as customers and prospects.
- Maintaining and building relationships with prospective and existing users of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and ERP
Requirements and Experience
In order to thrive in this role, we would envisage you having:
- Extensive experience working successfully in the Microsoft D365 Business Central space, including experience with the primary industries, utilities, projects and discrete manufacturing sectors
- Functional understanding of the components of Microsoft D365 Business Central systems including financials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, planning, projects, SaaS, integration with CRM, website and E-business solutions
- Microsoft Business Central knowledge, and demonstrable experience. Consultant Qualification advantageous.
- Microsoft D365 Business Central accreditation MB-800
- A substantial knowledge of accounting, costing, general business processes and the functions performed by ERP applications
- Account Management, customer relationship, service delivery and issue management experience
- General understanding of Project Management methodology including scope, schedules and risk management
- Working knowledge or upskilling as required in relation to other Fujitsu solutions or third-party applications including, but not limited to:
- Continia
- Tasklet
- Power BI
- Jet Reports/Jet Enterprise
- Power Apps
- Business Central licencing
- DevOps
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Deep functional knowledge of finance modules and general ERP components (inventory, logistics, manufacturing, planning, projects, CRM integration)
- Strong understanding of accounting, costing, and business processes
- Industry experience in agriculture, Red Meat production, or manufacturing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with complementary tools and platforms such as:
- Continia, Power BI, Jet Reports, Power Apps
- SQL, Azure, Web Services
- Experience in project management, customer engagement, and service delivery
