About the role
We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance Transformation & Analytics to lead the transformation of finance data, reporting and analytics in support of a modern, insight-driven finance function. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide strategic leadership over data governance, quality, and standards, while leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and financial performance.
Working in close partnership with the Finance Leadership Team, Global Delivery Centres, IT, and the broader business, this role plays an important part in embedding sustainable finance capabilities that support both transformation delivery and long-term business strategy.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP & reporting transformation: Lead the redesign and migration of finance reporting aligned to SAP S/4HANA standardised data models.
- Data governance & quality: Own finance data governance, ensuring integrity, consistency and compliance across systems.
- Strategic insights & analytics: Partner with senior leaders to deliver forward-looking insights, dashboards and decision-support tools.
- Process optimisation & automation: Drive automation and efficiency through RPA, AI, advanced analytics and data visualisation technologies.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Finance GDCs, IT and business leaders to deliver scalable, future-ready finance capabilities.
- Continuous improvement: Share best practice, lessons learnt and contribute to the maturity of the bidding function.
Requirements and Experience
- 8+ years' experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Experience in ERP transformation (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Expertise in finance data governance, reporting and advanced analytics.
- Proven change leader with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Commercially astute, decisive and resilient, with a customer-centric mindset.
