Our Account Managers (REMOTE) are dynamic sales & marketing strategists who know their clients’ businesses deeply and proactively bring new thinking through invaluable outside perspective and experience. They connect the dots and marshal strategy, resources, and talent to deliver all aspects of the modern customer acquisition process. AMs drive internal and external teams to make things happen, so we win for our clients and FullFunnel. AMs will work solely on FullFunnel Teams accounts, our “sales on demand” service line focused on producing repeatable sales programs.

We are seeking individuals with at least 4-5 years of experience in a comparable role. This role has the potential to grow into an Account Director role based on performance.

Essential Functions:

Internal Management & Execution

  • Ability to navigate the financial management of Teams accounts, including management of 10-20 templated accounts at a gross margin of 50% or higher.
  • Lead business development representatives to high-quality work output and performance.
  • Manage change and conflict by offering guidance and support.
  • Consult and decide with the team for challenging issues.
  • Demonstrate aptitude to lead meetings with clear agendas, direction, and next steps.
  • Use clear and concise communication; efficient both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify underperforming accounts and consult with Senior Partners and appropriate internal team members for macro strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects efficiently and effectively so they are completed on time, on budget, and in-line with client expectations.
  • Work with the account team to execute sales strategy and deliverables including list selection, call framework development, and sales copy drafting.

External Management & Execution

  • Serve as the main point of contact and accountability for all 10-20 accounts.
  • Research and develop an understanding of client industry, competition, customer base, and drivers that impact their business.
  • Work with external vendors and parties on behalf of our client partners.
  • Responsible for generating an acceptable return on deployed capital for your portfolio accounts.

Education / Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, project management or a customer success role
  • Previous experience with CRMs, marketing automation, dashboarding tools, and other core sales and marketing technology
  • Impeccable organization and project management

  • High degree of customer success

  • Special consideration given to those with previous management experience
