PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

As a Snr. Training Coordinator at will play a vital role in designing and implementing a robust training program for both our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will involve managing trainers' daily activities and improving customer interaction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Identifying training needs within the organization.
  • Program Implementation: Coordinating logistical details, including venue selection and materials preparation.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback post-training to enhance future programs.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to trainers and attendees
  • Building relationships with third-party training providers to ensure that the organization has access to the most fit-for-purpose L&D technology available
  • Prepare co-funding request for in-company training that is submitted annually to the SETA's
  • Managing the onboarding program
  • Driving annual learning strategies in line with the WSP
  • Managing the Learning budgert (define budget needs and ensure costs follow up)
  • Maintaining current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends
  • Ensure regular reporting
  • Submitting Grant Applications, EE Reports,WSP/ATR's and BBEEE submissions
  • Facilitating QCTO Accreditation process as SDP and Assessment Centre

Essential Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications in instructional design or similar areas are beneficial.
  • In-depth knowledge of QCTO and SETA systems.
  • Extensive understanding of SAQA & Unit Standards.
  • Compile a Request for Proposal(RFP) on training for potential clients.
  • Training material design, review and document control.
  • Strong administrative skills in learning program management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software.
  • Multitasking: Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
