PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
As a Snr. Training Coordinator at will play a vital role in designing and implementing a robust training program for both our clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will involve managing trainers' daily activities and improving customer interaction strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Identifying training needs within the organization.
- Program Implementation: Coordinating logistical details, including venue selection and materials preparation.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback post-training to enhance future programs.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support to trainers and attendees
- Building relationships with third-party training providers to ensure that the organization has access to the most fit-for-purpose L&D technology available
- Prepare co-funding request for in-company training that is submitted annually to the SETA's
- Managing the onboarding program
- Driving annual learning strategies in line with the WSP
- Managing the Learning budgert (define budget needs and ensure costs follow up)
- Maintaining current knowledge of L&D innovation, best practices, and future trends
- Ensure regular reporting
- Submitting Grant Applications, EE Reports,WSP/ATR's and BBEEE submissions
- Facilitating QCTO Accreditation process as SDP and Assessment Centre
Essential Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications in instructional design or similar areas are beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of QCTO and SETA systems.
- Extensive understanding of SAQA & Unit Standards.
- Compile a Request for Proposal(RFP) on training for potential clients.
- Training material design, review and document control.
- Strong administrative skills in learning program management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software.
- Multitasking: Handling multiple projects simultaneously.
