The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Quality Control and Reconciliation Analyst for an active RFP opportunity: MDES RFP No. 2026-01 - Printing and Mailing Services.
MDES is seeking a qualified vendor for comprehensive design, print, labeling, sorting, bulk mailing, return mail, secure data handling, reporting, and related printing/mailing services.
Core Responsibilities
- Define sample pulls, print/mail reconciliation, error thresholds, incident management, production logs, return mail controls, and acceptance documentation.
- Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
- Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
- Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
- Develop the test strategy: Define test levels, environments, data, tools, responsibilities, entry criteria, and exit criteria for MDES RFP No.
- Build role-based test scenarios: Create functional, integration, regression, accessibility, security, and negative-path test cases.
- Prepare test data and environments: Validate accounts, configurations, integrations, datasets, and reset procedures before execution.
- Execute and evidence testing: Record steps, expected results, actual results, screenshots, logs, and traceability to requirements.
- Manage the defect lifecycle: Reproduce, classify, prioritize, assign, retest, and close defects with auditable evidence.
- Certify release readiness: Summarize coverage, unresolved risk, defect disposition, UAT approval, and go-live recommendation for Mississippi Department of Employment Security.
What You Bring
- Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
- Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
- Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.
Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.
Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.
The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
