The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a NEPA Environmental Compliance Consultant for an active public-sector RFP opportunity involving environmental process and procedures manual development services to support a NEPA Assignment application.

Core Responsibilities

Support NEPA-related environmental compliance review and process development.

Review environmental procedures, workflows, documentation practices, and agency requirements.

Help identify process gaps and recommendations for NEPA Assignment readiness.

Support development of procedures aligned with federal transportation environmental requirements.

Coordinate with documentation, planning, policy, and program support team members.

What You Bring

Experience with NEPA environmental review, transportation environmental compliance, or public-sector environmental consulting

Understanding of federal environmental review requirements and transportation project delivery

Ability to review and document compliance workflows clearly

Strong writing, analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills

Experience supporting DOT or transportation agency projects is preferred

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

  • Baseline the security environment: Inventory assets, identities, data flows, privileged access, logging, endpoint controls, and third-party dependencies for the assigned project.
  • Map regulatory and control requirements: Translate applicable security, privacy, contractual, and compliance obligations into testable controls for the client.
  • Perform threat and risk analysis: Identify threat scenarios, vulnerabilities, likelihood, impact, existing safeguards, and residual risk.
