The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Assessment Reporting Specialist for an active RFP opportunity: NYSED RFP #303 - New York State High School Equivalency Testing Program.

NYSED is seeking services for the New York State High School Equivalency Testing Program, including online submission and testing program operations support.

Core Responsibilities

• Support exam reporting, dashboards, data exports, reconciliation, score/report workflows, and stakeholder reporting needs.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
• Catalog source data: Identify source systems, owners, tables, fields, refresh cycles, formats, sensitivity, and quality constraints for NYSED RFP #303 - New York State High School Equivalency Testing Program .
• Define the target data model: Specify entities, relationships, keys, history, reference data, metadata, retention, and access rules.
• Build ingestion and transformation rules: Document mappings, cleansing, calculations, joins, deduplication, exception handling, and reconciliation logic.
• Implement data-quality controls: Measure completeness, validity, uniqueness, consistency, timeliness, and referential integrity with thresholds.
• Develop reports and dashboards: Create approved metrics, filters, drilldowns, exports, schedules, and role-based views required by New York State Education Department.
• Reconcile and certify outputs: Compare source-to-target totals, investigate variances, document exceptions, and obtain reporting acceptance.

What You Bring

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records

Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the FuntoNetwork mobile app.

Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.

The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
